Good morning everyone
I have an issue regarding AI Search not showing the results correctly on the global search.
I have recently followed the Guided Setup for Zing to AI Search, and migrated all the needed indexed sources to AI Search. We have a peculiar problem in our customer's instance:
When I try to search for anything using the Global Search, only certain results show up, although the count next to the tab shows much more.
The "Knowledge", "Problem" and "Catalog Item" tab work as intended, showing all the results that match the search, but the "Task" tab indicates 574 results, but shows none. Also, the "Incidents" tab shows no results, but it's still clickable, directing me to the full list of results. I would like it to behave like the "Requests" tab, where it's greyed out and readonly.
This test has been attempted using both an Admin account and an itil account.
I have tried changing configurations in Indexed Sources and Search Profiles, but nothing seems to fix the problem.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance

Hi @SimoneMicangeli,
Result counts indicate the number of results that matched the user's search. Late binding security can remove results after they’re counted, causing the actual number of displayed results to be lower than the count. For more information on late binding security, see Content security in AI Search.
