AI Search is not returning expected result

Hello Experts,

 

We have enabled AI search on our esc portal.

 

There are few articles and Catalog items are present with Short Description containing XPACE as keyword.

When I am trying to search it, it is not showing any results related to XPACE keyword. But when I type SPACE it is showing correct result.

 

Also when I was trying to search "nda" it was search for "ndf", this was strange!

@shantanukul - did you configure the search profile for typo handling? If not, please do it. Please refer the docs link to give you more insights
