AI search portal results opens tickets (REQ/RITM/INC/HRC) in ITIL view

When i enter RITM/INC/REQ/HRC number on AI search in portal, after the exact match option is selected, ticket opens in ITIL view. This should show the ticket in Portal view.
Unlike KB article when searched for a kb number same way, shows up the article in portal view.
