When it comes to our metrics for our dashboards, our numbers always fluctuate. We always stay between 2.75 and 3.00 never lower. To help AI SEARCH, we configured the ai suggestions, allocated the right key words to significant articles, and also boosted articles. what else should I take a look at?

Hi @Moliza,
Could you give more details about your problem?
What metrics exactly are you talking about? What is your goal with these metrics? Could you send a screenshot?

The best way to optimize results according to your preference is by using Result improvement rules.
However, here are some more tips that no one tells you (the first one might be very good for your case):
Semantic index configuration for indexed sources
This feature is a set of settings that can improve the efficiency of AI Search searches, especially in documents with long texts, such as articles.
Genius Result is configurable, meaning you can tailor it to your preferences. For example, you can determine whether Genius Result should appear in all tabs or only in tabs that are actually relevant.
You can change the script and set new conditions for whether or not the result is considered the most relevant.
You can improve the focus of search results by excluding search sources in a search profile from being used to generate search results or Genius Result answers.
Exclude knowledge block content from the AI Search index
Prevent AI Search from indexing content found in your knowledge blocks.
AI Search includes content specified in your published knowledge blocks when it indexes content and metadata from your knowledge articles.
Fuzzy numeric search in AI Search
The fuzzy numeric search feature in AI Search allows numerical search terms to match indexed Now Platform records by their Number field values. As an example, if you index knowledge article and problem records, a search for 23583 might return knowledge article KB00023583 and problem PRB00023583 as search results.

Exclude knowledge block content from the AI Search index does not show the information. Can you share the direct link?
