Hi Everyone,
Has anyone used AI Search with snc_external users in a CSM Portal?
My requirement is to show relevant KB Articles while the user types in the Short Description field of a Record Producer. Can AI Search be invoked programmatically from a custom widget (server script/API) to fetch and display article suggestions for external users?
