We have below scenario:
We are receiving new event with some payload which is going to create alert, and same details we are using in Incident description - this is done via alert management rule and Create incident subflow.
Later when a closing event comes to the system, it will have slight changes in its payload. This gets updated in Alert, and we need to update it in Incident as well. I'm trying to use an Update incident Alert management rule and subflow. But the alert management rule(update incident) is not triggering even after satisfying all the conditions.
What could be the reason here?
