All catalog items under one category is not visible in Portal

All catalog items under one category is not visible in Portal

 

Checked the following :

https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0790229  -- This seems to be set right for that Category .. but is there a way to find which is the Cloned version ?

 

Any other pointers ??? 'Is really important 

 

Catalog items are searchable individually from the typeahead search but if we go inside the category its not.

There are only 2 thinks that I can think of that might cause this but it would hide it everywhere.

1. Hide from Service Portal is checked.

2. User criteria on the items or category.

 

Possibly try the first article again but with an additional step. 

  1. Remove the category
  2. save the record
  3. add the category back
  4. save the record.

One further question, is this happening in all environments?
