I am sorry that I  unable to verify that I am asking these questions in a understandable way.

Can you answer directly, or refer me to documentation that answers the following questions, regarding the list displayed when the ALL menu item is tapped in an instance of ServiceNow?  A copy of the list is provided after the questions.

  1. What is listed in the ALL column?
  2. Is it reasonable to for this list to be displayed in alphabetical order?
  3. Is there a way to display this list in alphabetical order?
