I am sorry that I unable to verify that I am asking these questions in a understandable way.
Can you answer directly, or refer me to documentation that answers the following questions, regarding the list displayed when the ALL menu item is tapped in an instance of ServiceNow? A copy of the list is provided after the questions.
- What is listed in the ALL column?
- Is it reasonable to for this list to be displayed in alphabetical order?
- Is there a way to display this list in alphabetical order?

Hi @LFleming
- What is listed in the ALL column?
Atul: All contains/shows the all available applications and modules for a logged-in user based on his/her role/ access in ServiceNow.
- Is it reasonable for this list to be displayed in alphabetical order?
Atul: I think all applications are displayed in alphabetical order only.
- Is there a way to display this list in alphabetical order
Atul: I think No, OOTB this is the way.

- Is it reasonable to for this list to be displayed in alphabetical order? Ankur: Doesn't make any point to show it as normal or alphabetical order
- Is there a way to display this list in alphabetical order? Ankur: You can only give order to application menu and modules and you cannot control the order
