Good evening,
We are trying to do some UAT in our staging instance for two new inbound actions. Every email received into the instance that is from a company user is being set to ignored with the below log error message.
14:21:59.668 | Warning | worker.2 | worker.2 txid=5adf55442ec7 WARNING *** WARNING *** EMAIL.abdf5544ff3fc65036c6fa05fc4fd92f: Email set to ignored because of disallowed from address, email_address_filter_reason = Not an allowed domain |
The Email address filters have been configured to allow emails from the company domains. There is another email address filter for a different company domain that we allow emails from and those emails are being processed. Anyone have any thoughts about this?

Hi @davidwilhel ,
Please check whether ignored mail header has smtp.hello with ignored senders names listed in your email filters.
