I have multiple items that are avaible for different user groups but all are shown in drop down selection boxes in order guides.
For example Choose computer model
1: Elitebook
2: 360 Elitebook
3: Zbook (can only be seen by certain users)
But in the drop down in the order guide they are all shown.
I have tested on single product overview in the service catalogue and there the right sorting is working and the products are limited.
How can the only "avaiable for" work in drop down selection boxes when it´s going through an order guide?
Hope someone can help.
Best Regards
Jess

- I think you can create a catalog UI policy that hides the items that are not available for the current user.
- Assign the catalog UI policy to the order guide.

Hi Tushar
I have tried to look at other UI policy´s and nothing I find gives me any direction on how this would be achived going with UI on the order guide?
Do you have any examples or suggestions it would be greatly apriciated.
