When the Execution team member is trying to update the status of each batch
Then he/she should be able to update status as complete only when all Participants have completed the activity. Until then, the Complete Option in the status field of Batch, should be invalid (not accessible). should not be visible or selectable.
This is Skill tracker Activity Task Attendees Table -> Here will list of participants will be there .. So if any of the participants not completed , until then for Batch state, 'Complete' should not be visible ... Once all participants completed the state then for Batch Complete option should get visible.
