Allow change managers the option to export a read ahead in PDF format

Given I am a change manager, when I view the change, then I have the option to export the change in read ahead PDF format

I did like some fields highlighted in yellow removed from the PDF 

 

Note: The PDF should be separate from the PDF exports of other change in the system

OOTB, it is not possible to remove highlighted in yellow removed from the PDF. Field on form will come in pdf.
