Allow end user to set/view Date Format on Service Portal

Hi, 

I need to have a option to enable the ability to select date format from the service portal. Is there a OOB way to do this?

Please add the field date_format field to "Service Portal" view on sys_user table.

You will see the date format field in the About section of user's Profile page in Service Portal. Please refer to the screenshot below,
