Hi Guys,
We have configured a different email that internal users can send a message and it will create an incident, which is working perfectly. But we need to implement this also for external users, we've created a new inbound action, but the other inbound actions is blocking it (received-ignored). Is there a way to fix this? Or how can we whitelist all external emails? Thanks in advance
