Allow no admin user ability to import data drim a spreadsheet

Is there a way within the Asset management module, I can attach an excel template and fields within that template is automatically pulled into the asset management module. Goal is to automate asset management to enable its user upload spreadsheets without having to manually enter the I formation everytime

P/s: template is a very simple one that contains 

Model Name | State| Email | Model Number | Serial Number

@Cynthia19 You can't directly import the excel sheet in the table, however you can create an excel based data source, and using an import set table and transform map, you can transfer the data from excel to your asset table.

So are you saying that this can not work on a hardware asset form below. 

Again just to clerify, I have an excel template that contains on the rows and I just need those roles populated on the form fields
