Hi everyone,
We have a Scoped App on the ServiceNow Store. Currently, end users who install the app cannot add new Field Mappings to our shipped Transform Maps.
What is the best way to publish the app so end users can add their own mappings for their specific use cases? Does this require a specific Protection Policy (set to None) or an Application Access configuration?
Thanks for the help!

if those users don't have proper role to create/edit Field mapping in transform map then they can't
You can ask the customers to give relevant role after they purchase your app so that their users can create
You can add this as point in your Design Document for your app so that customer is aware of this

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
Thanks for the response.
Even admin users are unable to add mappings currently. I’ve found that setting the Protection Policy to 'None' on the Transform Map record should resolve this.
Please add your views on this—are there any risks regarding upgrades or Store certification with this approach?
Thanks,
Haridas Pawar
