I'm trying to open the idea portal to our customers so that snc_external can add and vote on ideas, but this is proving difficult. So far I've changed all the pages and widgets to be accessible by external, I've updated the ACLs to allow external, i've updated the rest api to allow external but and external user STILL can't submit or vote on an idea.
Am I missing something, is there an easier way to do this?
