Alt text for Record Producer Icon

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am working on making our Record Producers more Accessible. I want to add Alternative text to the Pictures we use for our Record producers.

From the Record producer development page, I see no way to do that. Does anyone know of a way to do that?

Thank you for your help but I'm not creating a variable, I'm using the OOTB place holder for the image. So. unless there is something I'm not understanding, the first link you sent as a solution won't work for me.
The second link only applies once I can get the alt text onto the image.
