Hello All,
In the new Tokio version there is possibility to change preferences of display to always display top navigation bar no matter what. Is it possible to achieve this in older versions of ServiceNow without this feature? If so how can I do this?

Older version as in San diego, or even before that?

i think this is only available in next experience UI which was introduced with San Diego release .
Refer this link
If you go through this link it directs you to Tokyo and if you try to change the version of the product documentation it only shows san Diego .
So i think its only available in Next experience UI
