An error message "403: You do not have permissions to access this page." while opening the Workspace

Hello,

 

I have a problem. When the agent of Help Desk click on the "Agent Workspace Home" submodule he has an error message "403: You do not have permissions to access this page." This agent has the folowing roles: agent_workspace_user, awa_agent, interaction_agent, workspace_user and itil.

Does someone know how to fix it?

You can check ACLs of type - ux_page with name containing now.workspace.agent
