analytics center dashboard show all records

Im using the analytics center dashboard in the HR Agent workspace.
in "List - simple" type report, the rows are limited to 5. how can I show all the record ? pages also fine with me.
also is it possible when we press "show all record" to move also the columns that we choose to see ?

are you referring to the OOB list type report shown on homepage?

share some screenshots.

Did you check any configuration is there to show more records?

For showing  all  records at a time on the Dashboard You need set in widget-->List Setting--->Page size is blank or choose as maximum 

 You can sort it in ascending and descending as per your requirement.

Search for the widget under Platform Analytics, then open the indicator of type List. From there, you can make the necessary changes.
