Announcement banner to appear below service portal header

I want my announcement banner which currently appear on top of the page to appear below the service portal header. Can someone help me with this?

Hi FS,

I believe you need to move it per page in the correct container, or add a container right below the menu and add the particular widget there.

I have added the announcement widget in the portal page. but now i want announcement banner to not appear on the top and appear only on the page

In case you haven't figured it out yet, or in case anyone else runs across this, where an announcement displays is based on the "Location" field in the Announcement record. OOB, you can select from Widget and Banner. Banner will display at the top of the page whereas Widget will only display in the announcement widget.
