Hi all,
is it possible to create a Case via record producer using Service Portal? I mean when the user is not logged in (anonymous user)... I know there is a possibility to use widgets but my question is about public record producer...
Thanks for answers,
Tereza

Hi ,
I doubt you can do that. You must have an account in service now to use the portal .

Hi Mukesh,
Thanks for a quick response...
We want to have a public form on Service Portal for an user without an account (without logging in).

Hi Tereza,
Yes, you can create a Case via Record Producer in Service Portal for sure.
But, in order to view that, User must have credentials/account with sufficient roles.
You want to create a Public form, and you can create that too, but since it will be created in Portal, which gradually is a part of instance (which acts as a database where Accounts are stored), only users having specific roles can access that Portal.
Note: You can create 1 dummy/test account and Publish that to whoever needs to access that Portal. Also, you can add roles, to other widgets restricting its view to that Public Account. This might solve your query.
Please hit Correct or Helpful in case it solved your query.
