Any slowness encountered on instance ?

For later part of the day today, instance was very slow and requests submitted were getting stuck.

did anyone face this issue ? Has ServiceNow acknowledge that some issue with the platform ?

Just replied you in another thread.  No slowness encountered at my end and there is no support available for PDI.

Is this about your PDI? A company instance? Slowness in a particular area? Is it only for you or also colleagues? Did you try a different browser? Etcetera.

I have not encountered any slowness in the PDI and in Office Instance as well.

Please do be a bit more specific. Or let me put it this way, if an end-user comes to you: "The instance is slow!". What steps do you take then? Or what questions do you ask? What checks do you do?

 

So what can you provide us. Without any info, we can only mention yes or no to if we experienced something, which most likely is not related at all.

 

So to your original question: No, I didn't experience anything.
