Any way to create 2 RITM by submitting one Catalog Item?

Hello All,

I was just wondering if there are any ways to create 2 RITMs (under the same REQ) with duplicated variables in them by just submitting one Catalog Item?

I have tried to duplicating RITMs by using flow designer but there wasn't a way to duplicate the RITM options. I am thinking using record producer to duplicate the RITMs with variables and place them under the same REQ. 

Could anyone provide some guidance on how to tackle this issue?

Thanks David,
but if you are using the Order Guide, How do you duplicate RITM from one Catalog Item submit?

More specifically, the requirements are,

1. End user submit one Catalog Item (with variables)
2. 2 RITMs are created with different assignment group (with same variables on 2 RITMs)

It sounds pretty simple, but I am having trouble to bring the variables to the RITMs

Hi @jyeon110 

It's not a good use case according to me, RITM is a record to track progress where as team works on SC Task.

Created duplicate ritm will create confusion and create duplicate task well.
