Anyone else having issues accessing their Instance?

I'm new to this, so please bear with me if this is a daft and/or obvious question!

I had an email a few days ago saying i'd been given an Instance and could log in and start tinkering, but a few things are going wobbly when I try to log in.

Firstly I can see this message at the top "We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience" which would be obvious except that I also get intermittant problems logging in, where it tries to log me in but displays "Oops an error occurred" before trying again, over and over.  If that doesn't happen then it says that I can't log in with an un-validated email address; but I have validated it, so this makes no sense.  Sometimes neither of these happen and I can log in to Dev community, but my Instance isn't mentioned anywhere.

I can't log a service ticket, when I try it just errors either with the validated email thing or the looping login.

Help!

Adam

This is a known issue from few days and many PDIs affected with this.

ServiceNow is no longer providing support on PDIs. So we have no other option other than waiting or requesting a new Instance.

for future, make sure to take a backup via update sets or source control daily to avoid losing important work.

Accept the solution and mark as helpful if it does, to benefit future readers.

Hi all,

I'm keeping this open for a while, as I've got a ticket open with ServiceNow. There's 3 issues currently and I don't know which are related.

1. It says personal Instance not available, but I was only allocated it on 21st and it's 23rd today, and I can't login to even try doing anything with it. Which brings me to...

2. I'm unable to login to do any management of the Instance because I get an error messages "Instance has issues” even though I followed the validation instructions. It then asks me to log a ticket with Support Portal, this brings me to problem number 3...

3. I can't login to Support Portal because it claims that my email address isn't validated, but it is.

I don't want to close this yet because I want to update others on the situation.
