can anyone please help me on this .
One topic which I need to start looking at again is the possibility of storing details of APIs, both internal and external in an agreed source. ServiceNow is one of those options.
When searching in our ServiceNow, I do not see a record class which seems to suit our needs. The closest I can find is Cloud APIs which may be useful in some cases but not in others.
I have found where CBA seem to store their APIs in their ServiceNow, please see the screen shot below for clarification.
My first question is, do we have a similar record set to the one below in CFS ServiceNow, the CBA record seems to be a, IIS Virtual Directory’ record and I cannot find those, even in the Devl SNow environment to which I have admin access.
If not possible to have the type of record below, does the team know of other options and where these details should be stored?
