API logs, where can I find all API calls, with data sent, to ServiceNow?

I have a 3rd party trying to update a call in our instance BUT they claim they are getting nowhere with it so i want to see what they and others are sending in, is that possible.

Hi Dave,

ServiceNow does not log the payloads and all the details (as of this writing). It gathers some analytical information about the usage. I love the idea of having a "debug" mode to see the details. I invite you to open an enhancement request! Our product managers DO listen.

I beleive Node Logs is what I was looking under Utilities.
