API rate limit

Hi,
I'm looking for the rate limit values for the ServiceNow API.
Currently, I'm using a developer account, and it seems like the API is unbounded.
I've searched for related posts on this topic, and it appears that the limit is very high. Additionally, contrary to the documentation, headers like X-RateLimit-* do not appear in the responses.
Can you confirm this?
