Hi,
I successfully installed the Agent Mobile app and logged in to my dev instance. I have few doubts in some navigation tabs.
1. My Work - The 'Upcoming shifts' and 'Time-off Requests' modules are not showing any data. I have not configured it in the web version of my dev instance. When I checked, I couldn't find this in the web version of dev instance. Is it because of this the tabs are not rendering data in gent mobile?
2. My Team - I'm facing the same issue in the My Team tab also.
Please help me to understand the issue as I'm new to this Agent Mobile

Hi @NishaB
As far as I know, you need to configure it end to end.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Is there any other documentations for this configuration? The above documentation is not clearly mentioning about the configuration of upcoming shifts, time-off requests, who's on a call, gaps and conflicts , starting a conference call etc. Is it a complex configuration? I just wanted to know how much effort will be required on the highlighted modules? Based on that, my BA will decide whether to implement this or not. So I'm checking these and didn't find any. Please help me if you could provide some details of how much effort will be required on this? Will it be a complex one?

Hi @NishaB
This is from the ServiceNow side — it explains how to configure it. What you're looking for seems to be your own custom requirement. I suggest going through the provided link, noting down your findings, and following your internal process to move ahead
