Api response Status code 0

Whenever I put the request body and test in Rest message, it is giving me 200 status code.When I configure to Script include and call script include in business rules I can see the status code as 0. Can anyone help me in this?

HTTP status 0 is no request is sent. Could you please share the BR and SI logic here for debugging
