App gallery build agent PDI

When on the home screen of the developer page there is an app library section to see some apps built and it says 'Discover ready-to-build app patterns and launch them instantly with Build Agent.' When I go there and find one I would like to checkout I cant see anywhere a guide on how to get them on my PDI. Have I misunderstood or am I missing something?

Thanks @joshmorris now I understand it.

Check the Availability on the right panel:

 

Not all the apps are always available for everybody... some of them must be installed from the SN Store, some of them are part of service offerings:

For that you can use the filters in the App gallery:
