I have developed an app on one of the instances and always used to publish the app to the repository from that instance.
That instance is now being decommissioned and I do not see Publish to app repository in other instances for the application. Can we grant the Publish to App repository option to some other instance?

Hey @SM16,
I'll drop a KB article below that talks about it. From my experience you should be able to move the app to 'Develop' mode in the instance that will be used. For example, if your DEV instance is being decommissioned, you can move the app to TEST and change it to 'Develop' mode. Then it should function the exact same as it did in your previous environment.
