Hello all, I'm currently in the middle of "intro to App Engine Studio for Developers" at the installation and guided setup part. When I tried to install and configure the spokes, I'm prompted to login to ServiceNow store but I'm unable to login. I get a message that says " Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID".
I tried going to the support page where I followed an action chart where I tried to create a ServiceNow ID and just about everything else but still no success.
Also when prompted to login I went with the "Are you a customer who doesn't have ServiceNow ID?" option, received the verification code, and when I input my instance name I get this error message "This instance belongs to ServiceNow. Please specify your company instance. If you are a ServiceNow employee login with your Active Directory credentials and click "Request Install""
I've come to the conclusion that I need to be an employee with a valid ID to access the store, support, and to download plugins to properly build apps and follow coursework. Is that correct? if not, what am I doing wrong?
