Application field(sys_scope) is not visible

In the Application Registry form, the "Application" field (sys_scope) is not visible. I've thoroughly reviewed all Access Control Lists (ACLs), client scripts, and UI policies and even the form layout, but I haven't identified any issues. Interestingly, I can see this field on other forms.

@Sahil Khan1 Did you check the record's XML, can you spot sys_scope field in it. If not, then probably there is a field level read ACL defined on this field.

Sys_scope is not in XML as well, I'll try to find out which ACL affecting it
