In the Application Registry form, the "Application" field (sys_scope) is not visible. I've thoroughly reviewed all Access Control Lists (ACLs), client scripts, and UI policies and even the form layout, but I haven't identified any issues. Interestingly, I can see this field on other forms.

sys_scope is obviously not the only field that is missing. There are also several other system fields (sys_created_by, sys_created_on, sys_mod_count, sys_package, sys_updated_by, sys_updated_on, etc.) that are not displayed to you in the XML view, which means you do not have read access to them. There must be an ACL that is restricting the access.

I'm facing a similar issue — we've created an Application Registry for an external client within a scoped application. However, when we open the Application Registry form, the Application (scope) field is not visible.
Interestingly, when I checked in my PDI which having same version, and the field is visible there.
Could you please let me know what the issue was in your case and how you resolved it?
Any insights would be really helpful.
Thanks,
Akshay
