Application is not shown in Downloads after publishing to application repository

Hi,

I followed the steps in this link (Publish an application to the application repository) to publish my app to application repository. It says success and available to install on other instances. But when I go to System Applications -> Applications -> Downloads, I didn't see the app there. I tried to submit again, but it says the app with this version is already in application repository, which means the last submission already there.

Does anyone know why? Any other configuration I need to setup before using application repository? Thanks.

Are the two instances listed under the same company record in HI?

Did you click the refresh button in the upper right?

Yes. The two instances are in the same HI account. Even the instance which published the app doesn't show the app in downloads.

I've refreshed it, still not there.

I can imagine it wouldn't show for the instance that created it.   Might take a while for it to show in the system.   May want to open a HI ticket if it's still not there tomorrow.

The reason is I exported the application to update set before and the other instance already installed the update set. After remove the application already installed, the application shows available in Downloads.
