Application Modules missing on mobile view

We have created a new application in our ServiceNow instance, complete with Application Menus and Modules.   While it works fine on the web,   we're noticing that the mobile page only shows half of our modules.   We have checked the Application Menu and Modules and note that they all have their "device" fields set to "Any", so it should be visible on the Mobile but it does not.   Any idea what we are missing?

Depending on your implementation approach for mobile, you like need to create Navigator Apps and Mobile Modules under System Mobile UI.

Yes Brain is correct, it's totally depending on your way of approach,

Even i have development mobile applications from Navigator Apps and it is working for me.

You need to create a new Mobile module. When you open a module form, you will find a related links called "New Mobile Module" as highlighted in the below screen shot. Hope it helps.
