Application not visible in "My Company Applications" on instances

We have multiple vendor instances under the same Company record in HI.
Earlier, we could install/update our app from My Company Applications, but now the app is no longer visible on other vendor instances.
We also published a new version from the development instance, but it still doesn’t appear in My Company Applications on the other instances.
Has anyone faced this issue or knows what might be causing it?

We have raised a support ticket to resolve this issue. The ServiceNow support team has resolved it for our vendor instances from their end.
You can also raise a support ticket to get this issue resolved.
