Application Search

Hello Everyone

I am able to search for an application in the ESC Portal , but when I open the application its not taking me to the link which I added in the Application Table(Application Link), I can see with all the fields which we will see on the Application table (Ex:Name,Application URL,Application ID etc). I want to show users to open the link when they click on the Application from the Portal

Where is the link forwarding you to? Is that within the platform? Do the users have access to the page they are redirected to? Where do they end up when they click the link?

Hi Mark
When they search for a application Lets says user is searching for Servicenow in the Portal so its popping up under the Web Application when they click on that it is showing all the fields which is on table.
Yes the link is forwarding to the Platform
Our requirement is to when the user click on that application is should directly open the link which we configured in the Application table(Backend)

I am not sure about your setup, but my question still stands: do the users have access to the table where they are being forwarded to?
