Is there a way to get SN to display custom applications upon logon based on your group memberships instead of based on roles? My manager wants me to create something whereby when users logon they get applications with modules for each group they are a member of. I tried to work around this request by just using the getMyGroups function to display all INC or REQ and realted queries under one application but he wants there to be different applications for every group.
Thanks in advance for your time reading this.

I have answered similar question in the past. Check if below article helps you.
Want to hide a module under "Self-Service" app if user has a specific domain

Bhavesh...
Thanks for this article. It's helpful for modules however my manager wants separate applications for each group the user is a member of. So far i have not found a way to set accessibility to applications other than by assigning roles

David,
As someone who's had to clean up after that kind of feature, let me caution you on the minefield you're about to build. Has your manager explained to you the essence of what he/she is trying to accomplish?

Robert
From the preliminary hoops I'm needing to jump through to even get this to work I can only imagine the road which lies ahead in maintaining it. However, if you'd be kind enough to divulge some details I can perhaps leverage your input to arrive at an alternative solution.
