Apply color on hover over the card base container/container

Hello,

I'm attempting to modify the color of the card base container (with an interaction set to Click) when a user hovers over it. However, in the UI builder, the CSS style only accepts code within the *{} selector. Standard CSS code isn't functional in this context, and there's no hover property available out of the box (OOB).

Please assist me in achieving the color change effect upon hovering over the container.
