In our current change request process, when a new CR is created, the user is required to complete a Risk Assessment of which if risk is high, then a check box called hotwash is checked. Let's say there are 3 approvers and all 3 approvers have to approve then the CR will automatically move to the scheduled stated, and when a CR is rejected by one of the approvers in no particular order, it remains in the authorized state and it the remaining approvers are no longer required to approve.
I want to configure this so that when approval is rejected, a Change Manager can click on the hotwash to unselect it and this will in turn allow all the approvers to go back and approve to allow the CR process to continue.
Is this even achievable? if so, can I get assistance
