I'm building a workflow for a catalog item called. The goal is: when a user submits the form, a catalog task should be created and assigned to an assignment group. One member of that group must approve the task. If approved, the task should be marked Closed Complete and the request proceeds. If rejected, the task should be marked Closed Incomplete and the request marked as unsuccessful. I've created the flow, but it's stalling at the approval step. I suspect the approval is being requested on the wrong record (maybe the requested item instead of the task). Can anyone help me confirm the correct setup for the Ask for Approval action and how to update the task/request states based on the outcome? - I have attached screenshots of the flow and flow test
As you can see it is still stuck on creation task but the task has been created and approved by a member of said group.
