Approval in flow designer from mrvs Lookup variable

Hi Team,

Can anyone please suggest with the below. 

(I have the workflow, which I'm changing to flow for a catalog item.)

how to trigger approval from a Lookup field in a multi row variable set in flow designer? I'm not able to select that variable as it's of type Array.Object. 

I tried by creating Custom action, but the variables are disabled so that i'm unable to select those for Ask for Approval.
