Approval is not generated for requestor in change request workflow

Hello Guys, 

We have a workflow where approvals should go to requestor of the change request but in the approvals tab section approvals is not generated for the requestor where it should go to the requestor.

Here is the change request for your understanding and catherine is the one approval should go to.

Can someone please guide me on why the flow is cancelled on wait for condition. 

 

Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated.

You have wait condition when state is review then in script you are returning answer= true. It is conflicting i guess.

Try to have have just in condition builder and not in script.

Hi @Addy22 , 

 

Actually, it the flow created in Prod environment by customer so cannot make any changes directly so should I restart the flow to generate the approval.
