Approval Request in ServiceNow

Hi,

I am trying to approval the request but I am getting the error like "Security does not allow the execution of that action against the specified record".

If I click on the Approval but Alert message will come like "Security does not allow the execution of that action against the specified record".  

I have attached screenshot below please help me.

I got this table but we have 7 approver action is there, Which one can I follow up?

With which user you are trying to approve or reject?

Also the approval which u are trying to approve or reject is assigned to the same user correct?

I can see the same error in 2 scenarios :

1.Which is not requested yet-  same as your case, try changing the state to requested and then try rejecting

2. Already Approved once reflects the same error.

So, try rejecting the approval after requesting instead rejecting on "not yet requested" as there is no point of rejecting without requested.

I have changed the state value then it is working.
