Approval required based on condition in workflow or Flow

Hi Team,

Good Day,

I have a requirement for catalog Item approval flow the below is the requirement

1. If the submitter submits the request the approvers are Ravi & John
2. If the submitter is Ravi the approval goes to only John
3. If the submitter is John the approval goes to only Ravi

how to achieve this by using work flow or flow anything fine .

Just use a flow and use the 'if/else' logic to do exactly what you describe.

Hi @Dhanu1 ,

1. Firstly create the trigger condition to start the flow. If submitter is caller then you can use caller field for approval trigger conditions else if the opened by person is submitter you can use opened by field.

2. For you reference I've used Abel & Abraham as users & approvers. Refer below screenshots;
