Approval to be sent to manager of specific group from workflow

Hi all,

My requirement is to send approval to the manger of group 'Service now support team' from workflow.

I tried creating approval user activity and gave there assignment_group.manager and selected assignment group but it is sending approval to whole group instead if sending it to manager.

please suggest.

Can you share the snapshot of the approval activity created?

You also have a "Group" added in the "Groups" field on the right side of the screenshot ("Data Governance Hub"). Are you sure the users added are the ones of your "Service now support team", or may they also be the ones from the Group "Data Governance Hub", which you also added.

for example i gave servcienow support group name but actual group is Data governanace hub.approval should be triggered to manager ofr data governanace hub group
