This isn't the first time I have created a flow in servicenow flow designer but it's the first time I've ran into this problem. In my flow I want to ask for the approval of requested for manager and then ask for the approval of the group in charge of the application that is being requested. Both approvals are being skipped and on the catalog item itself, the stage of the request becomes "Assess Scope or Task" and two SCTASKS are created "Asses Scope or Task" and "Provide Requested Service" as a result.
From what I can find, my problem may be my approvals may not be in the correct domain. Can I get clarification on what that actually means and what I actually have to do to resolve this? I'm not sure how I would go about fixing that given that the Requested_For_Manager is being populated properly on the catalog item.
Any other potential reasons why would be heavily appreciated if suggested.
